About Redmond
Redmond practices primarily in the areas of family law and wills and estates, in both English and French. Prior to joining Odette Rwigamba Lawyers Professional Corporation, he worked for a mid-sized law firm in Ottawa on wills and estates and civil litigation matters, for Justice Canada as a legal counsel on child and family services to Indigenous communities, as a family lawyer for three years, and with the federal government on privacy law and public health strategy. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015 after completing his law school studies at the University of Ottawa.
Whether you need legal and strategic advice, legal services during negotiations and mediation, representation in court, review of case law and applicable laws, drafting of legal agreements, court documents, or legal opinion letters, or coaching through your legal situation, Redmond will handle it.
Outside of the office, Redmond enjoys spending time with his young family and friends, sports, traveling, music, and volunteering especially for initiatives benefitting youth. He is also a member of Phoenix Business Exchange, an Ottawa business networking organization comprised of finance, retail, wellness, entrepreneurial, and other service providers.
