Odette and Team were incredible to work with. The team is professional, personable, understanding, and supportive. Communication was always prompt and responsive to requests. The team would make things clear and informative when I was not fully understanding of proceedings. Given the subtle and emotional nature of my proceedings they were calm and caring with their approach. The team would always make you very aware of steps and next steps, what is or could be expected., and always looked out for you. I would highly recommend Odette and her team to anyone.
