Our model is built on a combination of an hourly billing structure, contingency, and fixed fees. During the initial meeting, we provide our clients with a breakdown of the various rates of the lawyers and clerks and services that we offer. The rate charged will depend on the nature of the work and the experience of the individual working on the file.
OUR FEE STRUCTURE
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Available at the outset of a matter so prospective clients can be comfortable that we are the right team to address their needs.
$300.00 – online consultation
$350.00 – in-person legal consultation
Free consultation for all personal injury matters
LEGAL REPRESENTATION
A retainer fee is required to open any family law matters and some Immigration matters requiring litigation, drafting of agreements, mediation or negotiation,
• Some immigration services are charged on a flat fee basis.
LEGAL COACHING
Starting from $350.00 per hour.
A pay-as-you-go model for litigants who are looking for limited advice on narrow issues. This service is best suited to self-represented litigants looking for legal support on their matters without full legal representation.
With the exception of legal coaching, we require payment of a retainer fee in order to open new files. The retainer amount our clients are asked to provide will depend on the nature and complexity of the file. Once a retainer has been depleted, we ask our clients to replenish their retainer so that we can continue working on their files.
Disbursements
Disbursements are expenses that are incurred on the client's behalf over the course of a file, such as faxes, postage, photocopying, court filing costs, couriers, medical reports, etc. Clients are responsible for all disbursements incurred on their file.
• All legal fees and most disbursements are subject to HST.

For services provided for Family law, Immigration, Estate, Business, and Real Estate Law, we offer flat and hourly rates.
Our firm also accepts Interac e-transfers,bank drafts, and personal cheques
Lawyer Referral Service certificates and
